Notice to All Users — Please Read Before Playing

The pickleball court is provided as a courtesy amenity for registered guests of the Greenview Inn and their invited guests. There is no attendant, supervisor, or medical personnel on duty at any time.

By entering or using this court, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You assume all risks. Pickleball is a physical activity that carries inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, sprains, fractures, being struck by a ball or paddle, overexertion, heat-related illness, and other injury. You voluntarily accept these risks.

  2. You are responsible for your own fitness to play. Consult a physician before participating if you have any medical condition. Do not play if you are impaired by alcohol, medication, or fatigue.

  3. The Greenview Inn is not liable for any injury, illness, death, or loss of or damage to personal property arising from use of this court, its surface, fencing, netting, lighting, surrounding grounds, or any equipment, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  4. Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. The Inn assumes no supervisory responsibility for minors.

  5. Personal property is left at your own risk. The Inn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  6. Rules of use: Court-appropriate athletic shoes required. No glass containers. No pets on the court. Court hours are dawn to dusk unless otherwise posted. Please report any damage, standing water, or unsafe condition to the front office immediately, and do not play until it is corrected.

  7. The Inn reserves the right to close the court or revoke court privileges at any time, for any reason, without notice.
